Beaumont Farms Wedding: Megan + Wade

Megan and Wade’s Beaumont Farms wedding was an absolute delight to capture as a Petaluma wedding photographer. The day was flawlessly orchestrated by Kristen McCormick of An Entertaining Company, ensuring every detail was perfect. Nestled in the scenic hills of Petaluma, CA, Beaumont Farms offered a stunning backdrop for their celebration. This picturesque venue boasts rolling hills, charming farmhouses, horse barns, a training arena, a private pond, breathtaking vistas, and beautifully manicured gardens, making it an idyllic choice for the couple and their 200+ guests.

The wedding florals, designed by Maria Philbin, were a standout element of the day. With their loose, organic, yet timeless arrangements and vibrant colors, the flowers were a true crowd-pleaser. These elegant blooms perfectly complemented the décor, which featured gorgeous blues, greens, and patterned linens, enhancing the dark and rustic charm of the barn’s interior.

The day began with Megan and Wade sharing a sweet, private first look near the barn. Wade’s beaming smile upon seeing his bride set the tone for the joyous day ahead. The couple’s laughter and excitement were infectious as they prepared to celebrate. After capturing family portraits by the serene pond, Megan and Wade had a moment to relax as their guests arrived in large buses. Their ceremony, officiated by a close friend, was heartfelt and memorable. The couple shared laughter, tears, and hugs before jubilantly being pronounced husband and wife.

Cocktail hour at this Beaumont Farms wedding was nothing short of spectacular. Encore Event Rentals provided an epic long black bar serving an array of beverages and specialty cocktails, ensuring no guest went thirsty. A highlight of the evening was the presence of the Oyster Girls, who wandered through the crowd shucking fresh oysters—a delightful treat for seafood lovers and a unique touch that had everyone buzzing with excitement.

The celebration continued in the barn, where Megan and Wade joined their guests for a reception filled with heartfelt toasts, love, and laughter. Friends and family shared personal stories that brought tears of joy to everyone present. After the touching parent dances, the newlyweds shared their first dance as the sun set, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere.
